  Nova — Personal Notification & Alert Service

  Program Description

  Nova is a private, personal notification system operated through poloncak.com. It sends SMS alerts and summaries to

  enrolled household members, including:

  • Daily market and portfolio summaries

  • Financial alerts and bill reminders

  • System status and operational notifications

  • Household event and scheduling reminders

  This service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  Message Frequency

  Message frequency varies based on system activity. Recipients may receive between 1 and 10 messages per day.

  Message & Data Rates

  Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply to all messages received. Nova does

  not charge any additional fees.

  Opt-Out Instructions

  To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Nova message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages

  will be sent.
